Presentation about the European Voluntary Service in the Free University of Varna

On Thursday, 12th October 2013, we were glad to give another presentation about the possibilities and the great chance of being a volunteer. So on that day we could show again how much a person can gain just by joining EVS projects - the interesting cultural exchange, the new people you get to know, the easy travelling opportunities and the important time to think more about yourself to develop your personality.

Even if it is not necessary to have special skills, somebody who learned a profession already can also do voluntary activities that are related to his or her knowledge so that it can be also helpful for the later work life. This is what the Spanish volunteer Mireia underlined as she does her EVS in an international office in the University which gives her more practical experiences in the field she wants to work in afterwards.

But there is absolutely no necessity to bring professional knowledge for becoming a volunteer. For instance, the German volunteer Veronika and both the Latvian volunteers just finished their High School before they came here to Bulgaria.

If you are now interested in becoming a volunteer, click here!

You can do it, too!
