Description:

Fondation Partage Luxembourg is a non-governmental organization for development cooperation and partage (founded in 1966) reflects the desire for the international commitment of the population, particularly the Christian communities, of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg as well as their solidarity with people in distress throughout the world, without distinction of race, culture or religion. We are looking for a very creative and proactive person who will be in charge of the redesign of the website (WordPress). The entire partage.lu team is responsible for providing you with the best possible support during your stay in Luxembourg. In addition, the SNJ also provides training and supervision.

 

Tasks of the volunteers:

In collaboration with our team manager, you will be involved in the design phase of our agency’s various projects: 

• Create website mock-ups and visual identities

• Integrate all graphic elements (landing pages, banners, etc.).
• Testing the integrated elements and ensuring the proper functioning of the website 
• Creation of content / marketing materials (Instagram, Facebook, Linkedin)

 

Volunteers’ profiles: 

The volunteers need to be aged between 18 and 30 and be residents in an EU country. The ideal volunteers are ready and motivated to interact with local people and live a deep cultural experience. The ideal candidate should have the following qualities:

• You are aware of web standards (SEO, semantics, markup) 

 

Practical Arrangements:

The European Solidarity Corps program provides financial support during the mobility of youngsters abroad. Here is what is included for every volunteer during their service in this project:

• Accommodation: The volunteer will live in a house (Maison Eisenborn, www.maisoneisenborn.lu) with many other European volunteers in a small village in the countryside called Eisenborn. 
• Public transport is free of charge in Luxembourg. 
• Food
• Insurances 
• Pocket money: 5 € per day
• Travel budget: Reimbursement (Between 275 € to 320 €)
