We are looking for 4 motivated young people, ready to join us.

What will you do as a volunteer?
As a volunteer with the National Youth Forum, you will play an active role in promoting youth initiatives, supporting organizational activities, and giving visibility to the voices of young people. Some of your main tasks include:
- Creating engaging content: Write articles, posts, and press releases; design graphics; prepare e-newsletters; and generate fresh ideas for campaigns.
- Managing social media: Develop posting plans, create videos, and run campaigns on platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Organizing and promoting events: Support conferences, workshops, and partner meetings while ensuring youth engagement and visibility.
- Communicating with partners and stakeholders: Represent the youth perspective and strengthen collaborations between organizations and decision-makers.
- Bringing creativity to campaigns: Share innovative ideas to raise awareness of youth issues in Bulgaria and Europe.
This is more than just a volunteer role – it’s a platform to develop your skills, expand your network, and contribute to meaningful social change.

On-the-job training

- Arrival Training – to help you integrate into the organization, understand your role, and adapt to life in Sofia.
- Job Instruction – guidance from experienced team members on using tools like WordPress, Google Features, graphic design software, and audio-visual equipment.
- Mid-term and Final Evaluations – reflecting on your progress, achievements, and next steps in your personal and professional development.
This combination of practical tasks and tailored training ensures that by the end of the 6 months, you will have gained valuable skills in digital communication, event management, and youth policy advocacy.
